The Holiday Drink – How to Make It

We present a home-style version of a beverage from the seasonal drinks list. It's a large-volume pre-mixed that's loaded with tastes of a festive period, making it ideal for a celebration. Reserve the remaining syrup you can use for brunch beverages, puddings, or to mix more rounds of the drink.

Preparing the Cocktail Base: Pour the specified liquid ingredients into one large bottle, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then strain best through muslin, making it fully clarified.

When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base to a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter into an cold coupe glass or similar, top with some cranberries adding the final touch with a quick spritz of mandarin oil over the top.
